Waiting For Spring

It will be nice to have the spring season here again. I look forward to the flowers and greenery again. The snow is nice and we need the water, but gray is not one of my favorite colors. Used a d200, 105mm f/2.8 macro lens, and some flowers bought at a store!

It's nice to see some color besides white! The colors are very nice and the water droplets add a nice texture.

Great composition David; and agree with Woody, the water droplets are perfect.

We all are waiting for spring :-)
Indeed, composition and colour are great. Droplets give here even more than texture - they emphasise depth of field and give a breath to the picture... Yes, it's good to see some fresh flowers now... We're waiting for more :-)

That looks so nice but so rare with all the snow falling outside.

oooo - lovely!

The lens story is a long one...I'll probably post about it.

It's looking like I'll be getting the tokina end of next week. I have to call the store still, and make sure they'll have one.

Basically, I had to pay a fine and it ate a big chunk out of my lens budget.

That's ok - good things come to those who wait - and I am bidding on an 85mm! :) So, maybe two new lenses!
