Wild Horses Of Utah

Most of my shots are of the horses feeding. This horse on the left is known as left ear. I was told he lost it in a fight with another horse. The other horse my be his offspring.

Some of my best pictures came at the end of the night. My thanks to Jan and Tim who are great guides and "horse whisperers"! I can't wait to go again.

What Are You Looking At? Answer

Answer, coyotes! There are about four roaming around along the shore and through the brush. I think there was a den for them to hang out in close by. Someone thought they tried to capture some birds for a meal, with no luck! All these pictures I captured with the Olympus Stylus 1. For a small camera it has great zoom and stunning picture capabilities. Antelope Island helped a little too. I love it.

What Are They Looking At?

While on a little trip out to Antelope Island, again! This was February. I was on my way out, when I noticed a large group of people off the side of the road. Of course, I notice the lady in the top picture first and pulled over to see what she was looking at. A large crowd started to form and camera were clicking all around me. After talking to the first woman and getting the 411, I saw the other woman taking pictures also. If you want to see what it is visit tomorrow when I post the others.

Captured this you lady out at Antelope Island not long ago. I don't often see deer there as they are fast and hide in their surroundings. This doe let us take quite a few shots.
